fix(bkgpslog):Apply shellcheck corrections

- Misuse of array and string ("$@" instead of "$*" in error messages)
- Incorrect comparison ( [ "" -eq "" ] instead of [ "" = "" ] )
- Missing quotation marks around string variable.
