+郵政公社と対立はしているが、現段階では法律には勝てない為、日本郵政公社法に準じての配達のみ行うことができる。荷物の中に[[信書]]（手紙）を入れて送ることは信書便法に反する。ときたま荷物の中に手紙を入れて送る利用者がいるが、それを受けて配達をすると違法行為の一環となる。そのため、荷物の内容に関しては受け取り拒否される場合がある。更に、有価証券（商品券も含む）、現金などの類も禁止されている。宅急便に関しては30万円までの保証がされているが、上記禁止事項に違反している場合には、保証の対象とならない。
