* Count Navajo Graphemes

** Strategy
- Define table of valid Navajo graphemes
- Define map of precomposed characters and combining mark permutations
  to graphemes in the table.
- Read input sequentially, incrementing a list of integer counts of
  graphemes detected.
- Print grapheme totals.
